Circle Application

This application helps me to determine your candidacy for the Long-Term Circle. Before submitting an application, please review the Application Instructions. The information you provide will be held strictly confidential. I request that your answers be thorough and honest in order to ensure that we’re on the same page. After receiving your application, I’ll respond from office@kellyminor.com. (Please check to be sure that it has not been culled to your junk folder.) If it’s a good fit, then you will be offered information and instructions for how to proceed (e.g., registration, liability waiver, meeting resources).
