Scheduling Resources
Intended for current clients only.
How to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
My private practice takes a nontraditional approach to scheduling. The calendar, for example, is scheduled quarterly. Moreover, there are three ways to work together: 1) Long-Term clients have a reserved standing time slot every week or two; 2) Quarterly clients have requested 3-6 sessions for this quarter only; and 3) Periodic clients self-schedule appointments as they become available, e.g., cancellations.
-
You’re considered a current client if we have mutually agreed to work together and all account information is up to date (e.g., consent forms, method of payment, scheduling access).
-
You’re considered a ‘former’ client if: 1) We formally ended our work together at a previous time and/or 2) we have not worked together within the past 6 months (either within the context of private sessions or group events). If you would like to resume our professional relationship, then please reach out through the Inquire page. I will respond by email and inform you of any potential changes to my private practice. If we agree to recommence work together, then you will need to complete the intake process. After this process is complete, you will enter the practice as a ‘current’ client and scheduling will become available to you.
-
If you’re interested in becoming a client, then reach out through the Inquire page. Even if we have worked together in the past, there is a formal process for entering the private practice. I will respond to your Inquiry Submission letting you know how to proceed. Please do not use the online scheduling calendar as it is intended for current clients only.
Quarterly Process
You’re encouraged to set up an account. That way, you can simply log in, view all of your appointments in one place, and make any modifications (book, reschedule, cancel). Without an account, you’ll need to search through your inbox, find that appointment’s confirmation email, and proceed from there.)
-
If I have booked an appointment on your behalf, and you would like to modify that appointment, then please follow the instructions below (see ‘Self-Scheduling’).
-
Once admitted into the practice, you will be considered a Periodic client. You will have access to the online scheduling calendar and can book appointments as they become available (e.g., cancellations). When a time slot becomes available, as soon as next quarter, you’ll have the option to become a Quarterly or Long-Term client.
-
If you’re interested in transpersonal growth, i.e. seeing through the personality pattern, then you should plan on having a Long-Term approach to our work together (with a session every week or two). If you’re interested in situation-focused growth, then you should plan on taking a Quarterly approach with 3-6 sessions (guaranteed for that quarter only).
Self-Scheduling
The online appointment calendar can be accessed through the Scheduling page. It becomes available on a quarterly basis: Jan 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. You can therefore only view open time slots up to March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively. All availability is visible to you (even within minutes of receiving a cancellation). If there’s an opening, you’ll be able to book it (even on the same day).
