Before Your Appointment
My fee is $190 per session (50 minutes). Payment is due in full at each session. In order to keep appointments starting on time throughout the day, I collect payment at the beginning of each session.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I ask that you provide 48 hours notice. Otherwise, you will be charged the full fee for your missed session. Please leave your message by voicemail (not email) 650-323-2353.
I do not accept insurance. I am considered an out-of-network provider. If you are wanting to receive partial reimbursement from your insurance company, then confirm your benefits before our first meeting. I have a document that can help you with this process; Contact me and I will send it to you via email. You might also consider using a flex spending account (associated with your primary insurance) or an HSA (health savings account) in order to pay for office visits.
Please return the last page of the 'Therapy Agreement' form at our first meeting. Let me know if you do not have the form; I will send it to you via email.
